About Me

Brad Keys I love designing games and work in the game industry.

I grew up in South Western Ontario where I taught myself how to program during high school so my friends and I could bring ideas to life.

I went to the University of Toronto for Computer Science, but after a year and a half I was introduced to the Game Design program at Vancouver Film School and switched to later graduate with a Game Design diploma.

I worked as lead Unity developer at a start-up in Vancouver called OverInteractive Media Inc. where I designed and developed the dimeRocker platform for social game development with Unity and Flash.

Later I started a game analytics service called Lumos with my good friend Matthew Miner. It's a drag-and-drop analytics solution for Unity developers. Our company is based out of Kitchener, Ontario.

In 2011 I moved to Toronto to work at Ganz, the creators of Webkinz, as a Lead Game Designer. I worked on a couple Facebook games and a mobile game called Frocket.

In March 2013 I moved to Waterloo ON to work on Lumos full time. I currently work there.

To see more details about the work I have done, see my portfolio page. Feel free to contact me about anything. Thanks for reading!
